France’s new ‘Ecotaxe’ for trucks, due to be introduced on 1 October, is unlikely now to be introduced January 2014 at the earliest, reports the British International Freight Association. The tax will be charged on all French and foreign commercial vehicles over 3.5 tons on 15,000 kilometres of the national and district road network.
