UPS Camden workers vote to strike

Unite members at UPS's Camden, north London depot voted 91% in favour of strike action, paving the way for industrial action in the run-up to Christmas at one of the country's largest depots - if last minute negotiations fail to bring results. NYK's Yusen Logistics forwarding arm has expanded its Transatlantic airfreight services. It now offers regular departures from a number of European cities, including London, to the four North American gateways of Chicago, New York, Los Angeles and Atlanta. New temperature controlled unit for Aer Lingus

Aer Lingus has gained Irish Aviation Authority approval for another type of active temperature-controlled unit load device – the Envirotainer RKN e2. It already has approval for the RAP e1. Temperature-controlled units are important for the transport of pharmaceuticals, a major Irish export. [+]
