Etihad close to Alitalia stake

Abu Dhabi's Etihad Airways says it is close to reaching agreement on a deal to buy a stake in troubled Italian flag carrier Alitalia. The process has entered the final phase of a due diligence process and both companies are now working on a common strategy. The size of Etihad's stake has not been disclosed, but some commentators say it could be as much as 40%. [+]

More capacity at Duisport

The Duisport Group says it plans to further expand its Logport I and Logport III terminals with improved rail infrastructure and expansion from six gantry cranes currently to ten. The first phase of Logport I's expansion is due to be completed at the end of February 2014. [+]
