Russia's Federal Customs Service (FCS RF) told the Russian guaranteeing association, ASMAP on 30 mJune that it would extend the TOR agreement until 30 November. The agreement had been set to expire on 1 July.
However, the International Road Transport Union (IRU) said however that, due to the very late announcement and lack of information, there could still be problems aat border-crossing points in Russia over the next few days.
