CMA CGM to buy Maersk’s Brazil arm

CMA CGM is to acquire domestic Brazilian line Mercosul from Maersk Line for an undisclosed sum, subject to Brazilian regulatory approval and the closing of Maersk’s Hamburg Süd acquisition. Etihad adds Cambodia freighter
