Yusen to buy Keswick’s Romanian logistics arm

UK-based Keswick Enterprises Group is to sell its Tibbett Logistics subsidiary in Romania to NYK forwarding subsidiary Yusen Logistics for an undisclosed sum, subject to Romanian Competition Council approval.
