Good year for Portland

Former naval dockyard turned commercial harbour Portland handled nearly 500,000 tonnes of cargo during in 2017, an increase of over 23% compared to 2016. General manager commercial Ian McQuade said there had been growth in dry and liquid bulk, adding that the long-term vision is for more than a million tonnes of cargo a year. [+]

Level crossing smash hits Felixstowe rail traffic

Hainan to start Edinburgh and Dublin flights in June

China’s Hainan Airlines, has confirmed that it will launch of services between Beijing, Dublin and Edinburgh on June 12.
