Kerry Logistics has acquired a majority stake in Milan-based logistics company Saga Italia.
As well as adding Saga’s specialised know-how in project logistics, heavy lift services and material management the acquisition also adds three new countries to Kerry Logistics' network - Congo, Uganda, and Egypt, as well as new offices in Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, UAE, Russia, and the US.
