The British International Freight Association (BIFA) has launched a dedicated website – https://apprentices.bifa.org/ - to highlight apprenticeship opportunities in freight forwarding.
It follows last year’s introduction of the International Freight Forwarding Specialist apprenticeship. The microsite includes case studies and tips from the experiences of BIFA members and their apprentices and information about funding. Advice for apprentices includes highlighting career pathways as well as information about the apprenticeship scheme.
