Geodis completes Keppel buy

French-owned forwarder Geodis has finalised its acquisition of Singapore-based Keppel Logistics after obtaining regulatory approvals. Keppel Logistics is a contract logistics specialist with close to 500 employees and is active throughout Asia-Pacific.
