CMA CGM to buy US terminals

The CMA CGM Group has signed a binding agreement to acquire the Bayonne and New York facilties of Global Container Terminals. The two locations have an existing combined capacity of 2 million TEU per year with potential for expansion to up to almost double that capacity.
