Lufthansa to roll out fuel saving skin across freighter fleet

Lufthansa Cargo says it will begin equipping all its Boeing 777 freighters with AeroSHARK surface technology from 2023. The technology, developed by sister company Lufthansa Technik and BASF is a surface film that mimics the microscopic structure of shark skin and offers savings in fuel and emissions.
