Rhenus starts work on Venlo site

German-owned forwarder Rhenus is building a new 33,000sq m warehouse at Venlo in the Netherlands. It has signed a sustainable redevelopment agreement for 20 years with asset manager Abrdn for the building, located in Greenport Venlo, which will be redeveloped to BREEAM Excellent and Well Silver standards.
