Management buyout returns Allseas to its roots

Forwarder Allseas Global Logistics has been purchased by managing director Darren Wright in a management buyout supported by Barclays Corporate Banking in Manchester. Following the management buyout, the out-of-gauge specialist will return to the North West where it was founded, transferring its head office from Nottingham to Rochdale.
