UPS expands the options
[ October 9, 2014 // Chris ]UPS is to expand its UPS My Choice® and the UPS Access Point network, aimed at helping retailers and consumers world to manage their residential package deliveries.
UPS My Choice is now available in the UK and 15 other countries, having initially been launched in the US. Benefits include: advance delivery notifications, the ability to reroute packages to another address or reschedule deliveries for a future date, before the driver makes a delivery. Consumers can also activate a vacation setting to have packages held and delivered when they return home.
The UPS Access Point network, which allows packages to be delivered to locations such as convenience stores, petrol stations and newsagents, and already present in seven European markets, is now also available in Italy and Poland, as well as Chicago and New York City, and will further expand in Europe and the Americas during 2015. UPS Access Point locations will also be available in Canada and Mexico later this month.
