Hellmann spans the globe

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics UK has secured a guaranteed capacity agreement with Air New Zealand for service to Auckland, New Zealand. In the teeth of strong competition, the logistics operator has been allocated a prime time service on a Saturday allowing consignments to arrive in Auckland at 06.30am on Monday, allowing Hellmann to meet the burgeoning UK demand for express airfreight services to New Zealand. The contract has been signed until 31 March 2012. Helllmann UK’s commercial director Matthew Marriot,  commented: “When you think about it, it’s quite something to be able to offer next working day delivery between two countries that sit on opposite sides of the globe.”
