Captain of Indian industry visits Liverpool2
[ December 16, 2014 // Chris ]Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce’s Ram Bhogal recently toured the port of Liverpool as part of a two-day visit to the city. Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce is one of India’s largest and most active business organisations and Mr Bhogale is also chairman of leading manufacturer AITG, which manufactures a range of products including motorbike components, consumer durables and hospital equipment. Mr Bhogale said the new deep sea container port, Liverpool2 would be “an opportunity for India to deliver goods into densely populated areas of the UK at a reduced distribution cost which in turn opens up new opportunities.”
