DB Schenker drops case against three airlines

German forwarder DB Schenker has reached an out-of-court settlement with three airlines in a damages claim. It said it had “dismissed” claims against Cargolux, Nippon Cargo and SAS relating to a cartel between 1999 and 2006 in a lawsuit brought in the Eastern District of New York. However, it said it would continue to pursue its claims against other air carriers involved in the $370m case.
