Greencarrier appoints and promotes

Swedish forwarder Greencarrier Freight Services has appointed Mikael Forsberg (left) as its first head of global sales and has promoted Jarmo Halonen (right) to group director road freight. Forsberg, who takes the title of chief commercial officer, will be responsible for the execution and development of the global sales strategy. He was formerly Nordic chief commercial officer for Damco. Greencarrier is also in the process of recruiting a new manager in China.
