Seko appoints IT expert

Seko Logistics has appointed Seán Birkhead has chief technology officer, based in Chicago. He joined SEKO a year ago and prior to this latest promotion was implementation and integration manager based in Ireland. Earlier in his career, he worked for Kuehne + Nagel, Flextronics and also spent two years as a solutions manager with Syncreon Technology.
In his new role, he is responsible for ensuring IT implementation, consistency, performance and security of SEKO’s IT systems and software infrastructure.
His appointment also allows Seko’s chief information officer, Tom Madzy, to focus on the company’s software-as-a-service applications.
