[ January 7, 2016 // Chris ]Rotterdam port workers went out on strike today (7 January) after employers failed to meet demands over job guarantees once two new Maasvlakte terminals become fully operational. Both the APMT and the ECT terminals will be affected for 24-hours, says The ITF (International Transport Workers’ Federation) and ETF (European Transport Workers’ Federation), who are supporting the action.
