First ships for Hull’s Green Port
[ August 12, 2016 // Chris ]ABP’s Green Port Hull development at Alexandra Dock has handled its first commercial ships. Stema Shipping’s MV Bulknes and MV Beltnes delivered almost 400,000 tonnes of crushed stone from Norway which will be used to surface the windmill factory site that is being built by Siemens. Ultimately the berths will handle wind installation vessels for the Siemens facility.
