Sleeping on the streets – but it’s in a good cause

[ October 11, 2016   //   ]

No – not the end result of an over-long pub crawl. FedEx is once again supporting the UK children’s charity Action for Children – for the fifth year running – and four team members even spent a night on the streets of Birmingham, Cambridge and Newcastle, raising nearly £2,000.

The express logistics giant also delivered 20 pallets of items across the UK to support Action for Children

Action for Children aims to tackle the root causes of homelessness, keeping disadvantaged young people off the streets and enabling them to build better lives. The number of people sleeping rough in England has doubled since 2010.
