Europa puts its money where its mouth is

Europa Worldwide’ s Europa Road arm has launched a Money Back Express (MBX) service offering a full refund of freight charges if the groupage operator fails to deliver to the customer’s defined and agreed transit. Sales director Dionne Redpath, said it would demonstrate Europa’s confidence in its reliability and quality.
