New truck park for Ipswich

Property firm Fenn Wright has acquired a site for a new lorry park and UK office at Orwell Crossing, Nacton, for logistics operator, A2B-online. Adjacent to an existing commercial truck stop, the new lorry park is next to the A14 and close to Felixstowe port.

With its lorries historically parked in various locations around Felixstowe, A2B-online had been looking for a new centralised base for over a year before they found the 50-space site.

Its business has grown from 10 to 46 trucks over the past two years and the company plans to continue expanding at 10% per year for the next five years. However, it expects the lorry park to be full within the next year, although the modular  office space can be quickly expanded.
