CH Robinson launches China-UK rail link

Freight forwarder CH Robinson has launched a rail freight service from nine terminals in China and Europe, including Barking in the UK. It offers empty container pick up, collection at factories, customs declaration at origin, customs clearance and pan-European distribution by intermodal and truck services at destination areas for full block trains, single or multiple containers, LCL shipments and oversized cargo. Journey time is about 18-20 days.
