Invoice scanning speeds Europa shipments

Europa has added a supplier invoice scanning function to its Leonardo in-house IT system. It avoids have to distributed and physically approve paper invoices. IT director Richard Litchfield (pictured) said that with an average of about 10,000 invoices, switching to LeoScanning saved over 500-man hours per month. It also allows the purchase ledger team to process supplier invoices more quickly.
