Oakland to extend Corby site

Multi temperature supply chain and logistics specialist Oakland International is to invest around £2.8m in a high-bay extension at its Corby facility. The extended hub will offer chilled, frozen and ambient storage and there are plans to recruit further staff by the end of 2019.

Oakland International is a BRC accredited (for storage and distribution) business. It also offers a Distress Load Management (DLM) service to minimise food waste for customers, loss adjusters and hauliers with a recovery level of around 80%.
