Dnata artic in New Year’s Eve tragedy

An articulated truck operated my airfreight handling company dnata was involved in a late night collision with a car on New Year’s Eve in which three British Airways cabin crew died. The accident took place just after 23.40 on Bedfont Road, close to dnata’s Heathrow cargo hub. The truck reportedly ploughed into Longford River and the driver was taken to hospital as a precaution. No arrests have been made. A fourth woman in the car was seriously injured. Surrey and Sussex Roads Policing unit is appealing for witnesses and any video, CCTV or dash cam footage.
