Rhenus buys in New Zealand
[ March 2, 2020 // Chris ]The Rhenus Group has agreed to buy 100% of the shares of the operating companies in the Malcolm Total Logistics Group in New Zealand. The company, founded in 1985 and headquartered in Auckland, offers services including air and sea freight, 3PL contract warehouse and customs brokerage. It has four business sites in the greater Auckland area, including a 4,200sq m 3PL logistics warehouse next to Auckland International Airport. The Rhenus Group established Rhenus Logistics NZ in August 2018, which currently international freight and customs clearance as well as logistics services.
