Victa chief steps up to RFG footplate

Rail Freight Group has elected Victa Railfreight  managing director Neil Sime as its new chair for the coming year. He has been vice-chair for the past two years and takes over from John G Russell, who has served since 2019. ABP regional director, Wales and short sea ports, Andrew Harston, is the new vice-chair.
