[ April 23, 2012 // Chris ]The new Russian port of Ust-Luga can now move containers by rail to Moscow and St Petersburg. The company says that it has the possibility to dispatch up to 30% of its container traffic by rail, by-passing the congested St Petersburg yard. The port’s rail terminal consists of four25-wagon sidings and regular services operate to both cities.
