Hull passes hurdle
[ May 10, 2012 // Chris ]Hull City Council’s Planning Committee gave its consent to the proposed Green Port Hull facility on 9 May. Associated British Ports and Siemens plan to build a assembly plant at the site. Negotiations to secure and sign a commercial agreement between the two companies continue, and a deal is expected to be finalised later in the year. The plans must also now be approved by the Secretary of State which could take up to 28 days.
