Spec build for East Mids

Logistics property developer Segro is to build its first speculative units at its 700-acre East Midlands Gateway Logistics Park. It will create over 220,000 sq ft of warehousing, scheduled for occupation in October. The unit will have a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and will be a net carbon zero.
