Pall-Ex Poland rolls out Nexus

Pall-Ex Poland has becomes the latest member of the network to launch the Group’s Nexus IT Solution, Nexus.

Having gone live in early March 2022, Nexus provides Pall-Ex Poland’s membership with better control of their freight through its Freight Management System (FMS), tracking capabilities and its integrated messaging system.

Nexus has been built in-house by Pall-Ex Group’s IT team in Coalville, Leicestershire.

Pall-Ex Poland’s managing director Piotr Kołtuniak said: “Nexus allows our members to view all of their pallets at on one simple screen, as well as allowing them to create watch lists and alerts.

“Our members have given really positive feedback so far and I think that the Pall-Ex Group IT team have done a great job in delivering this system.”

Chief technical officer, Dave Dunhill, added: “When we began building Nexus, we had a very clear goal in mind and that was to deliver a sector leading system capable of providing Pall-Ex Group members with every tool they could ever need whilst being part of a Pall-Ex network.

“(I hope) we will continue to hear positive feedback from the team in Poland and its members. They are the people who use the system everyday so it is very satisfying to hear and it gives us the motivation we need to continually push to deliver developments to the system.”
