Kerry grows in Vietnam

Kerry Logistics has started building a ninth, 11,000 sq. m. warehouse in the Song Thang area of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. It is due to be completed in the first quarter of 2013. Kerry opened a logistics centre in Hanoi in 2011 and a 9,000 sq m facility in Danang in Central Vietnam in 2010.

On 9 July, the company announced that it had acquired 55,000 sq m of land at the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate in Rayong Province, Thailand for the construction of a 35,000sq m logistics centre for the automotive sector, about 35km from Laemchabang Seaport.
