Hainan restarts Manchester route

Hainan Airlines resumed its Beijing-Manchester service on 22 August. The Chinese carrier inaugurated flights in 2016 before they were withdrawn two and a half years ago due to the Covid pandemic. It will be operated weekly by an A350 aircraft. Due to current Chinese government policy, the outbound service to Beijing will initially stop in Dalian, but the inbound service will be direct from Beijing.
