EV Cargo to acquire Hastings haulier

Hong Kong headquartered global forwarding and supply chain services company EV Cargo is to acquire Hastings-based Dobbs Logistics from its founding family owners through its Palletforce subsidiary. Formed in 1961, Dobbs Logistics provides pallet distribution, general haulage, project cargo and warehousing services. Directors Stephen Morgan, Kevin Manser and Lynton Manser and their management team will continue to lead the business.
