DHL is leading firm for refugee hires

Deutsche Post DHL Group (DPDHL Group) has been ranked second among the 50 best-performing global companies for hiring refugees by data provider Refugee Integration Insights (RII). The global logistics giant was also ranked number for refugee integration.

At Post & Parcel Germany, 435 Ukrainians have been hired since the outbreak of the war. Around 300 have started a traineeship with the Bonn-based logistics company, the majority of whom as courier, express and postal services specialists, drivers and engineers.

The Group also employs refugees from Syria, Eritrea, Somalia, Iran and Iraq.
