Woodland Group sets itself a tough climate goal
[ April 14, 2023 // Chris Lewis ]Essex forwarder Woodland Group has set itself a goal of a 90% reduction in emissions by 2050 compared to its 2021 baseline year as part of its Net Zero commitment.
It added that it has already cut almost 5,800 tonnes of CO2e from its operations in 2022.
To achieve its net-zero target, Woodland Group has created a top-level roadmap of the projects and targets to cut emissions from its operations alongside the changes expected in the industry.
A full Net-Zero Strategy document is already underway and will be released later this year.
