James Kemball adds out-of-gauge capability
[ July 21, 2023 // Chris Lewis ]Felixstowe-based container storage and transport provider James Kemball has launched an out-of-gauge (OOG) project cargo service after investing £400,000 in new equipment.
It includes a Timars OH semi-automatic spreader and multi lift modular spreader frames, which allow it to load OOG cargo from containers in Felixstowe and other UK ports. There is also a new 18-tonne forklift.
Established in 1973, James Kemball operates a fleet of over 500 vehicles, serving all UK deep sea container ports, rail terminals and inland hubs.
