Bethan Customs steps up client support

[ September 14, 2023   //   ]

Aberdeenshire-based Bethan Customs has expanded its Custom Admin support service. This offers clients the opportunity to have a specialist from the consultancy work onsite with them as an extension of their own team.

As global trade and customs regulations continue to evolve, the demand for specialised customs support services has grown exponentially. Bethan Customs has responded to growing demand for specialised customs support services which, it says, goes beyond traditional consultancy and training.

Diane Watt (pictured, right), newly promoted to customs admin coordinator, is currently providing support to several organisations, including those in the energy sector, ensuring that they have access to immediate, real-time customs expertise, resulting in smoother operations, reduced costs, and enhanced compliance.

Managing director, Nicola Alexander (pictured, left), added: “Diane’s promotion and growing our team further underlines our dedication to providing top-tier customs consultancy services – both in Scotland and increasingly across the whole UK.”
