Modalis buys Italian box-maker
[ October 12, 2023 // Chris Lewis ]Intermodal logistics operator Modalis Group has finalised the acquisition of CCFC, an Italian manufacturer of road-rail semitrailers, swap bodies and containers. Modalis, which specialises in leasing, container, swap body and intermodal wagon sales, intermodal terminal management, combined transport operations now owns 100% of Bergamo-based CCFC. It specialises in the construction of road-rail semitrailers, intermodal transport, container chassis and special ISO containers, employing over 60 people and expects to achieve sales of €20 million by 2023.
