Le Havre and LA chiefs take IAPH roles

Chief executive of the Haropa (Le Havre, Rouen and Paris) port group Stephane Raison has been appointed as regional vice president of Europe at the International Association of Ports and Harbours (IAPH) while Los Angeles executive director Gene Seroka takes the same role for North America. Hamburg Port Authority chief executive Jens Meier has been elected as president of IAPH for the next two years.
