Hapag reaffirms THE Alliance commitment

Hapag-lloyd says it will maintain an “unwavering commitment” to THE Alliance throughout 2024, and ensue that “the highest standards of cooperation and exceptional service are delivered to our stakeholders and the industry at large.”

Hapag-Lloyd has announced that it will leave THE Alliance in which it participates with NYK, Yang Ming, MOL, K-Line and HMM – at the end of January 2025. It is setting up a new Gemini alliance with Maersk.
