Europa defies China downturn

Europa Air & Sea says it has increased its customer base in Shanghai despite challenging economic conditions. The forwarder, which is celebrating the second anniversary of the opening of its office in the Chinese city, says that it has grown its sales team by 15%.

General manager for Europa Air & Sea in Shanghai, Hugo Feng, commented: “For some time, Shanghai has been recognised globally for its highly skilled workforce and appetite for innovation. As a result, this dedicated group of local experts have successfully grown the business during a period of economic uncertainty.”

Europa Air & Sea is part of the Europa Worldwide Group has had a Hong Kong branch since 2012, a Shenzhen site, as well as offices in Dubai and Delhi.
