First Multimodal for new recruiter

New logistics recruitment company, Innovate Freight Talent, is to attend the Multimodal show for the first time.

The company was founded in late 2023 by Richard Litchfield and was born from his frustrations at the struggle that his previous employers had in finding the right talent for roles within the logistics sector.

Richard Litchfield is also an ambassador for Generation Logistics, a government-backed initiative to promote the logistics sector and help assist the next wave of supply chain workers.

He said: “We are looking forward to attending Multimodal for the first time. While the team has experience from attending in our previous roles, it’ll be interesting to talk to our existing customers and prospects about how we can continue to place the best talent in the right roles for them.

“This year we are already seeing a huge amount of interest and hunger in roles within the logistics industry, which has continued to grow with each year we are further removed from the pandemic.”
