DHL Supply Chain opens carbon-neutral Coventry site

DHL Supply Chain has opened a multi-user facility in Coventry, powered entirely by renewable electricity and the first operationally carbon neutral new build site for the company in the UK.  The building has been certified as BREEAM ‘Outstanding’, with an air source heat pump which provides all the warehouse and office heating and cooling requirements. Its 900,000sq ft of operating space have been configured for retail and consumer brands and is part of the expansion of the DHL Fulfilment Network.
