Scan Global buys in Italy

Scan Global Logistics has acquired Italian forwarder Foppiani Shipping & Logistics, headquartered in Prato. Founded in 2007, Foppiani is an independent operator focusing on fashion and retail, automotive and a variety of other sectors, employing more than 160 people with annual revenue of €115m. It operates multiple locations in Italy as well as subsidiaries in Asia and the US.
