Geopost sells stake in home delivery firm to Rhenus

German-owned logistics firm Rhenus has acquired 15% of the shares of French logistics service provider C Chez Vous from Geopost, with the latter retaining 80%. The new structure will enable C Chez Vous to benefit from Rhenus’ position in the European home logistics market. C Chez Vous was founded in 2008 and Geopost acquired a majority stake in 2022. The French firm has annual shipment volume of 1.4 million, 400 pick-up points and delivers to six countries.
